About the opportunity 

This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career at the intersection of media and finance. As our Accounting Assistant, you will be the backbone of our billing and invoicing process, ensuring every detail is perfect from campaign start to finish.

You will become an expert in our systems, using tools like Salesforce and Looker to validate campaign data and resolve discrepancies. Working closely with our Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance teams, you'll play an essential role in ensuring accuracy and supporting our Accounts Receivable/Payable functions. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

What will you do?

  • Assist in assembling billing packs and reviewing campaign documentation for invoicing
  • Research campaign Insertion Orders (IOs) using Salesforce to validate billing terms, while reconciling turnover 
  • Use Looker to extract campaign delivery data and help resolve billing discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations and Sales teams to ensure invoicing accuracy and support campaign reconciliation
  • Track and collect necessary invoicing documentation from internal teams and clients
  • Support the Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator by:
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and insights for the commercial team and Accounting Manager
  • Help maintain organized records of invoice support and reconciliations
  • Upload CDFI Supplier invoices

What will you bring to the team?

  • Experience with Intelisis ERP preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • English Intermediate
  • In college, recent graduate, or highly motivated
