ISP Finance Intern Profile

Purpose of Role

The Finance Intern will support the Financial Planning team in preparing reports, analyzing data, and tracking key information from the schools. This role helps ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and useful for decision-making across the organization.

ISP Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare student and staff monthly closing reports.
  • Monitor monthly enrolled students and promotions.
  • Prepare and send the monthly Masterfile.
  • Support the creation of the monthly performance deck for each school.
  • Collaborate on the analysis of complementary income (ancillary revenue).

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to identify gaps between budget and actual results.
  • Comfortable working with pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data validations.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial control.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Ability to work with databases and manage information efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free financial reporting.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or irregularities.
  • Foundational knowledge of corporate finance concepts.
