Lighter Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales of lighters and related products in the Mexico market
• Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing, and competitor activity
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms in line with company policy
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, production, and customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
• Represent Wellfield at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in lighters, FMCG, consumer goods, or tobacco accessories

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international manufacturers or importers
• Knowledge of product compliance or import processes is a plus
• Experience managing distributors and regional sales territories
• Strong understanding of the Mexico market and local distribution channels
• Existing network of distributors or retail contacts is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within Mexico as required
• Proficient in Spanish; English communication is required for coordination with headquarters

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18, $25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
