Sales Manager Traditional Retail
You would be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, negotiating contracts and agreements, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product ositioning and promotion.
What will your mission be?
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within traditional retail channels.
- Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they meet their sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners such as distributors, dealers, and store managers to maximize product placement and sales opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with retail partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that support business growth and profitability.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and using this information to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and events aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing budgets allocated for sales activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are within approved limits.
- Forecasting sales projections, setting sales targets, and developing annual sales plans aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem resolution, and ongoing support to retail partners and end customers.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- +8 years of working experience in sales, retail or related fields.
- Home appliances knowledge, retail and sales experience.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Forecast management.
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León (hybrid work model)
Reports to: Head of Sales - Retail
