Sales Manager
to lead the commercial operations in Northern Mexico. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key industrial accounts, and leading a specialized technical sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the commercial strategy to expand market share within the Northern region.
- Manage and develop relationships with Key Accounts across various industries (Automotive, Chemical, Food & Packaging).
- Oversee the technical-commercial team to ensure targets are met through consultative selling.
- Supervise the preparation of complex technical and economic proposals for engineering projects.
- Report regional performance metrics directly to global corporate leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Sales Management within the industrial sector (Vacuum pumps, compressors, or process equipment). - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent). - Skills:
Expert in consultative sales, high-level negotiation, and CRM-based pipeline management. - Language:
Fluent in English (Advanced level) for corporate reporting and international collaboration. - Location:
Based in Monterrey with availability for regional travel.
