Als Business Unit Manager laat je onze nieuwe afdeling in Brussel & Vlaams Brabant groeien en bloeien.

  • Projectbeheer: jij leidt onze groenprojecten en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van de eerste ideeën tot de laatste afwerking.
  • Klant- & partnerrelaties: jij bent het gezicht van Talea voor klanten en partners in de regio. Jij ziet kansen voor samenwerking en weet deze ook op te starten én te versterken.
  • Team inspireren: je werkt mee op het terrein, vooral in de beginfase, zodat je je team goed leert kennen. Zodra we groeien, geef jij leiding aan de ploegbazen en ben jij de coach en de mentor voor iedereen. Meer nog, je vertaalt de strategie naar concrete, sociale en duurzame acties.
  • Sociale impact: je biedt samen met jouw team kansen aan mensen uit kansengroepen, door middel van werk of stageplekken. Jouw werk draagt bij aan hun persoonlijke groei en maatschappelijke bijdrage.
  • Krachtbundeling: Jij versterkt het managementteam van De Winning, in synergie met de operationeel directeur en het ondersteunend team van TWI & De Diepenboomgaard. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationeel directeur De Winning.

Profiel

  • een ervaring in de groensector met een interesse en/of kennis van ecologische groenbeheer
  • een praktische ingesteldheid met een "hands-on" mentaliteit
  • expertise in het opvolgen van projecten van begin tot eind en je hebt daar plezier in
  • een natuurlijke leiderschap die weet te motiveren, op te leiden en te inspireren
  • een hart voor de biodiversiteit en voor sociaal ondernemerschap
  • een organisatie talent als een geboren netwerker
  • over een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid, en je weet de vrijheid van de werkuren flexibel en optimaal te benutten.
  • een kennis van ms office en je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs B
