delivery operativo de proyectos
y de la
gestión de consultores en modalidad Time & Materials (T&M)
.

Este rol es clave como
puente entre Operaciones, Clientes y Business Managers
, con impacto directo en
rentabilidad, satisfacción del cliente y engagement de los equipos
.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Asegurar el
    delivery end-to-end
    de proyectos (tiempos, calidad y SLAs).
  • Gestionar
    consultores en esquema T&M
    : asignación, desempeño y continuidad.
  • Interlocución con clientes en temas de
    operación, estatus y escalaciones
    .
  • Seguimiento de
    KPIs operativos y financieros
    (margen, utilización, rentabilidad).
  • Coordinación con Scrum Masters, Tech Leads y áreas de People / Business.


Perfil requerido (indispensable)

+5 años en
Service Delivery / PMO / Project Management / Arquitectura / Customer Success
en
consultoría IT

Experiencia
real y comprobable en proyectos T&M

Trato directo con
clientes empresariales

Gestión simultánea de
múltiples proyectos y prioridades


Conocimientos

  • Entendimiento de
    Java, .NET o JavaScript
  • Arquitectura de software
    y
    cloud
    (AWS, Azure o GCP)
  • Modelos de delivery
    ágil y tradicional
  • Gestión básica financiera:
    margen, facturación, control de horas
  • Herramientas:
    Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday
  • Conocimiento general del
    SDLC
