Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy full-time
IT Sales Manager
to spearhead our expansion in the United States, specifically focusing on the
Texas market
. This is a "Hunter" role where you will be responsible for building a sales pipeline from the ground up through aggressive outbound strategies and networking.
You will own the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to proposal presentation and final closing. You will be the bridge between our clients business needs and our technical delivery teams, ensuring high-value custom software projects are scoped and signed successfully.
Qualification
- Experience
3–8+ years of proven experience in
B2B sales
specifically within
Custom Software Development, IT Consulting, or Software Integrations
.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. market and a proven track record of "hunting" and closing new business.
- Expert-level negotiation and closing skills with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically for crafting compelling proposals and persistent follow-up.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical project scopes alongside engineering teams.
- Proficient in CRM management and modern outbound sales tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience selling
Nearshore or Outsourced IT services
is a strong plus.
