We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Field Support based in Mexico City.

Purpose:

The Clinical Field Support, Mexico Portfolio Transformation, will work with clinicians in specific specialties, supporting the transformation of the Surgery portfolio in Mexico. This role will ensure safe and effective product exits, minimizing impact to surgeons and smooth adoption of substitute products. Will collaborate closely with the direct and indirect channel FSO and Marketing teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Clinical Expertise: Observe surgical procedures across critical specialties (Ob-Gyn, Skin, Pediatrics, General Surgery) to understand product usage and ensure safe transition of specific SKUs.
  • Retention Support: Execute volume loss reduction plans focused on specific territories.
  • Education & Advocacy: Provide physician education on discontinuation of products and potential alternatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FSO, Marketing, and KAM teams to deliver on discontinuation activities and customer communications.
  • Field Execution: Act as a clinical resource in private/indirect segments to mitigate volume loss and support distributor engagement.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Recommended degree – Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, Biomedical Engineering

Related Experience:

  • 5+ years professional experience in clinical healthcare setting, specifically operating room or medical devices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep knowledge of MedTech Industry and Mexico Hospital systems
  • Deep knowledge of surgical products and how such products are used in the operating room
  • Deep knowledge of clinical specialties and subspecialties - Gyn, ObGyn, general surgery and pediatrics preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, professionalism, communication and presentation skills

Safe Fleet Requirements:

Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
