The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the daily activities of the staff, maintaining the image and order of the branch, ensuring inventory control and merchandise supply, as well as guaranteeing quality customer service and compliance with established sales objectives and goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage and supervise the daily operation of the branch.
  • Opening and closing of the branch and telephone service.
  • Maintain the image, cleanliness and proper lighting of the branch and display cases.
  • Supervise equipment maintenance (display cases, lighting, AC, security, etc.).
  • Control internal inventories, merchandise entry and exit, and returns.
  • Maintain optimal product supply and warehouse requests.
  • Ensure excellent presentation and hygiene of staff, aligned with the brand.
  • Monitor indicators, weekly reports, and sales target achievement.
  • Monitor attitude, customer service, and quality of delivery to the customer.
  • Train, motivate, and correct staff when necessary.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and routine evacuations.
  • Coordinate communication with Branch Supervisor and accountability.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Age 25 to 40 years.
  • High school diploma or some college coursework completed.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Computer and Office skills.
  • Cash register and bank terminal operation.
  • Experience in personnel management (minimum 1 year).
  • Leadership, teamwork and service skills.
  • Inventory control and management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude.
  • Punctuality, honesty and responsibility.
  • Letters of recommendation.
