Position Objectives:

Establish a culture of Continuous Improvement through the identification of improvement opportunities, participating in their implementation through Kaizen workshops, improvement projects, and continuously contributing to the enhancement of all organizational processes.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Office Suite (Intermediate Excel desirable)
  • Effective communication
  • Leadership
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate English
  • Service-oriented (support)
  • Planning

Responsibilities:

  • Design layouts and process flows to optimize plant resources.
  • Participate in the implementation of Kaizen workshops within the company.
  • Contribute to and execute improvement project activities.
  • Follow up on the 5S program within the organization.
  • Provide training to new and current employees on Lean & Innovation systems.
  • Contribute to improving process flows (safety and environmental aspects).
