Como Becario(a) de H&S – Ingeniería Química, tendrás la oportunidad de integrarte a proyectos relacionados con la
seguridad de procesos y gestión de riesgos industriales
, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios y adquiriendo experiencia en consultoría de clase mundial.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Apoyo en la identificación y evaluación de riesgos asociados a procesos químicos e industriales.
  • Revisión y seguimiento del cumplimiento de normatividad en seguridad industrial y medioambiental.
  • Participación en auditorías y revisiones de seguridad de procesos (Process Safety Audits).
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes, documentación técnica y análisis de información para la toma de decisiones en H&S.
  • Colaboración con equipos internos en iniciativas de prevención de accidentes, seguridad en planta y mejora continua de procesos.

Requisitos

  • Recién egresado(a) de Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería en Seguridad Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Interés en seguridad de procesos, gestión de riesgos industriales y cumplimiento normativo.
  • No se requiere experiencia laboral previa.
  • Inglés intermedio (lectura y comprensión de documentos técnicos).
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Atención al detalle y organización de información.
  • Comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita).
  • Interés por el aprendizaje continuo y trabajo en equipo.
  • Enfoque en seguridad industrial, prevención de riesgos y responsabilidad corporativa.

Condiciones de la beca

  • Horario: 4–5 horas diarias.
  • Modalidad: 3 días en oficina | 2 días Home Office.
  • Duración: 3 a 12 meses.
