Job Summary: 

Implement, develop, and maintain corporate and legal standards for industrial safety and hygiene in your area of ​​responsibility, following the general plan, training, supervising, and monitoring compliance, in order to create a safety culture that guarantees the physical integrity of the personnel.

Main Responsabilities: 

  • Coordinate the implementation of safety and hygiene standards applicable to your area of ​​responsibility.
  • Coordinate training for all personnel in your area of ​​responsibility on industrial safety and hygiene.
  • Coordinate the execution of safety and environmental audits.
  • Ensure that facilities, buildings, and equipment are maintained in optimal condition in accordance with applicable corporate occupational safety and health standards and current national regulations.
  • Prepare the monthly report of results for your area of ​​responsibility.
  • Keep emergency equipment and the fire suppression system readily available.
  • Analyze the causes of accidents.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of events and campaigns.

Skills and Qualities: 

  • Chemical/Industrial Engineer or related field.
  • 2 -3  year of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of industrial safety and hygiene.
  • Selection of personal protective equipment.
  • Operation of firefighting equipment.
  • Basic development of SIMA audits.
  • Knowledge of environmental legal aspects.

  • PC skills.
