This position is for you

Recruitment and Selection Manager

You´ll be responsable the recruitment team for all the massive positions, execute the Company recruitment strategy and selection of different positions, operationals, administrative, specialiced, among others, ensuring compliance with the required coverage and quality times, for the different business lines that the company offers.

Main Activities:

  • Responsable of the recruitment team (coordinator and recruiters).
  • Guarantee weekly coverage of business lines
  • Work with the Sourcing area to asure the correct talent attraction strategy.
  • Daily review of postulates by business line to design the strategy together with the attraction Manager.
  • Carry out the review of internal job requisitions
  • Ensure the proper use of candidate databases by recruiters and establish fast and effective recruitment strategies
  • Preparation of management reports

Requirements and skills
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Administration or Economic Administrative Degree
  • English
  • 2 years of experience in massive recruitment /similar positions in Contact Centers or BPO
  • Experience in massive recruitment events.
  • Experience leading work teams

  • Experience working with ATS, Workday, People soft, etc.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm
  • Place of work: Sur CDMX
