Tu rol

  • Recepción de pedidos PDE's y comunicación con clientes: Descargar requerimientos, cotejar contra inventarios, actualizar información, establecer ventanas de entrega, elaborar facturas y remisiones, monitorear envíos, generar reporte de ventas diarias, atender discrepancias.
  • Control de normas de empaque: Solicitar actualizaciones, reportar discrepancias, dar seguimiento a requisitos especiales, elaborar packing list, conciliar empaques.
  • Programación de transporte: Coordinar transporte externo, elaborar rutas de entrega, dar seguimiento a entregas.
  • Coordinación de tránsito de producto terminado: Revisar portales de clientes, actualizar embarques, dar seguimiento a notificaciones de dispositivos de cliente.
  • Revisar discrepancias con área de calidad.
  • Atender auditorías de cliente (ej. 2DP).
  • Gestionar exportaciones de producto terminado (cuando aplique).
