What You'll Be Doing
This hybrid role is designed to bridge customer support and procurement functions, ensuring seamless communication between Arrow Electronics' customers and suppliers. The individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships while simultaneously handling supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and inventory management.

Customer Support Associate Duties
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.

Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining loyalty.

Order Management:
Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery timelines.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, and technical support) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Buyer Duties
Supplier Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Arrow's suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing to optimize procurement.

Purchase Orders:
Create, review, and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.

Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, supplier performance, and pricing fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
Reporting:
Generate reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings for management review.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 4-year degree
• 3-5 years of experience in electronic and/or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and/or SAP.
• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English. This role with communicate with c-level executives.
• Attention to detail, solutions oriented, sense of urgency.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
