Responsabilidades:

Liderar la instalación, operación y mantenimiento de herramientas de Completación.

Ejecutar la planificación completa del servicio: preparación de herramientas, movilización, operación y cierre.

Analizar datos en sitio para realizar ajustes, recomendaciones y optimizar la calidad del servicio.

Supervisar y orientar al equipo operativo; actuar como principal punto técnico con el cliente en el pozo.

Elaborar reportes técnicos, registros operativos, documentación para facturación y seguimiento de fallas con R&M.

Gestionar inventarios y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad y procedimientos corporativos.

Requisitos Técnicos:

Título en Ingeniería.

7+ años de experiencia en la industria O&G en operaciones de completación.

Inglés intermedio.

Conocimientos en mecánica, electricidad/electrónica, hidráulica, neumática, informática básica y razonamiento matemático.

Habilidad para resolver problemas complejos, tomar decisiones técnicas y trabajar bajo altos estándares de seguridad.
