Candidates must have the following qualifications:

§Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field.§Skills: Financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow, financial modeling, leadership, communication, negotiation, problem‑solving.§Knowledge: IFRS, tax regulations, financial reporting, risk management, financial planning, ERP/BI tools.§A minimum of 8 years in the field. §Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.§Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.§Proven leadership abilities promoting collaboration and team work.

Job Purpose:

The Director of Finance will lead the organization's financial strategy to ensure long-term economic sustainability, regulatory compliance, and value creation for shareholders and stakeholders. This role serves as a key advisor in strategic decision‑making, aligning financial objectives with the school's educational mission and supporting senior leadership with accurate, timely, and strategic financial insights.

Lead monthly accounting close, financial reporting, cash flow projections, and budget variance analysis.§Supervise AP/AR, treasury operations, and tax compliance.§Prepare financial reports and present KPIs and results to leadership and the board.§Conduct reforecasting and financial risk analysis.§Manage annual budget, audited financial statements, and external audit coordination.§Develop long‑term financial strategy and oversee financial performance.§Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and key stakeholders.
