Responsibilities
As the Director of Finance, you are expected to be a strategic, analytical leader with a strong results orientation, capable of balancing financial control with innovation and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise the areas of Accounting, Taxes, Cost Control, Credit & Collections, Purchasing, and Stores.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Design and implement internal control and audit strategies to safeguard the company's assets.
- Coordinate the hotel's annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Guarantee compliance with fiscal, legal, and corporate obligations.
- Maintain effective relationships with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Actively participate as a member of the Executive Committee, contributing to the hotel's global strategy.
- Develop and lead the finance team, fostering local talent and promoting a high-performance culture.
