Back Office Coordinator

What will you do:

• Partner with Project Managers to provide comprehensive contract support during tender and execution phases
• Handle administrative, contractual, financial, and tax matters for various customer projects
• Collaborate with Corporate Functions to ensure compliance and risk management
• Support complex projects by providing strategic contract management solutions
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and internal teams
• Support invoicing processes, including data entry, analysis, and accounts payable activities for construction projects

What will make you successful:

• Strong foundation in contract management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial, tax, and legal aspects of project contracts
• Experience with invoicing processes, data analysis, and contract documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
