Job Summary

Join our team as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, specializing in backend technologies, to build and maintain robust systems that power our innovative products. In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools and techniques to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while ensuring data security, redundancy, and availability.

 

As a key team member, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and actively contribute to enhancing our platform's backend infrastructure. Your commitment to continuous improvement, initiative, and passion for delivering excellence will be central to our mission.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services, APIs, and infrastructure for our platform using modern technologies.Design and implement RESTful web services and integrate with both relational (PostgreSQL, SQL) and non-relational (DynamoDB) databases.Work with AWS Services (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS) to build scalable, serverless, and microservices-based solutions.Collaborate with the frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Leverage Python libraries like pandas and numpy for file management and data processing tasks.Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance while troubleshooting and resolving issues.Document processes, propose innovative ideas, and actively participate in Agile and Scrum practices. 

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of experience in backend development or full-stack roles with a backend focus.Proficient in backend technologies such as Java and Python.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, SQL) and non-relational (DynamoDB) databases.Hands-on experience with AWS Services (Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS).Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and file management using Python.Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.Detail-oriented, committed to quality, and client-focused with exceptional problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
