Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Especialista de Recursos Humanos altamente motivado(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo en el
(SEGUNDO TURNO FIJO)
. Esta posición se enfoca principalmente en procesos de reclutamiento y relaciones laborales, siendo clave para garantizar una experiencia positiva tanto para candidatos como para colaboradores.

Responsabilidades Principales
Coordinar y ejecutar procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal.

Publicar vacantes, filtrar currículums, realizar entrevistas y gestionar el proceso de contratación.

Mantener comunicación constante con líderes de área para entender sus necesidades de talento.

Gestionar relaciones laborales, atendiendo consultas de empleados y resolviendo conflictos de manera efectiva.

Apoyar en la implementación de políticas de Recursos Humanos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las mismas.

Elaborar reportes relacionados con indicadores de reclutamiento y clima laboral.

Requisitos
Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en reclutamiento y relaciones laborales.

Conocimiento de la legislación laboral mexicana.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y manejo de conflictos.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.

Manejo de herramientas de reclutamiento y plataformas digitales.

Disponibilidad para laborar en segundo turno fijo.
