- Overall responsibilities and duties:_
- The role of the production supervisor consists of managing the production of parts for the fulfillment of the organization's objectives, through teamwork, continuous improvement and the development of people within the framework of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and the Being Faurecia culture, in addition to promoting the culture of caring for the environment in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard._
- The main missions of the role are:_
- _
Ensure compliance with the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and CT-PAT standards applicable to production._
- _ Monitoring of control points and alert system in 2nd shift._
- _ Punctual monitoring of UAP indicators in 2nd shift._
- _ Lead the company's Quality, Cost, Delivery and Personnel (QCDP) objectives and ensure that their areas of responsibility meet performance goals._
- _ Establish QCDP goals in each of their GAPs of responsibility and implement improvement plans to achieve the desired results._
- _ Know, interpret and implement the basics of quality in their areas of responsibility to avoid sending defective products to the client._
- _ Configuration in DMC equipment in the assigned area._
- _ Compliance with the 7 Basics of Personnel Involvement (7 EE Basics) in their areas of responsibility_
- _ Implementation and improvement of standardized work in their areas of responsibility._
- _ Strict monitoring of the 5's standards_
- _ Establish communication with the UAP Manager, Production Supervisors from other shifts, and support functions to collaborate with the transparent flow of information._
- _ Manage workshops to improve efficiency, quality and waste reduction in their areas (HOSHIN, SMED)_
- _ Management of the personnel in charge:_
- _ Ensure the correct workforce of each of the Autonomous Production Groups under their charge according to customer demand._
- _ Validation of the assistance and overtime of the personnel under their charge to ensure the correct payment of their salaries._
- _ Seek the professional development of the personnel in charge, making the position evaluations in a timely manner as established in the collective bargaining agreement._
- _ Ensure that the personnel in charge have and correctly use the Personal Protective Equipment._
- _ Manage the training of the personnel in charge._
- _ Ensure that working conditions are fully compatible with safety requirements. Implementation and monitoring of mandatory security rules within their areas of responsibility._
- _ Commit to receive the appropriate training for their job position according to the schedule defined by Management, as well as put into practice the knowledge acquired in said training as part of a process of continuous improvement._

- Qualifications_
- Minimum education level: Preferably Industrial, Electromechanical or related Engineering / Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years working in Faurecia._
