ÚNICA Creative is looking for a
Mexico City–based Influencer Marketing Intern
to support day-to-day operations across influencer marketing, creator sourcing, and light content creation. This is a hands-on, paid internship ideal for a college student interested in marketing, social media, and the US creator economy.

This role is hybrid. We will meet
in person 2x per week in Roma Norte
, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. Easy access to Roma Norte is required.

ÚNICA Creative
is a cultural-forward influencer marketing agency partnering with US beauty and wellness brands to build thoughtful, high-impact creator programs. We focus on sourcing the right creators, building scalable systems, and creating campaigns that feel authentic, strategic, and culturally relevant, especially within the US and Latinx creator space.

Role Description

This is a part-time paid internship for the position of Influencer Marketing Intern, based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with influencers, coordinating influencer campaigns, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring the contractual obligations are met. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics, maintaining influencer relationships, researching audience and market trends, and assisting in content creation for campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Research and analytical skills, with attention to audience insights and market trends
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in the creative industry

What You'll Do

Assist with influencer marketing admin tasks including:

  • Sourcing creators across Instagram and TikTok
  • Pulling performance data and organizing creator lists
  • Supporting outreach and campaign tracking
  • Work extensively in
    Google Sheets
    to help manage databases and reporting
  • Support US-based beauty and wellness brands and gain exposure to how influencer programs are run in the US market
  • Assist with
    light content creation
    , including:
  • Shooting iPhone content
  • Street-style photography for Instagram
  • Behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content as needed
  • Act as a general assistant across projects, helping keep campaigns organized and moving efficiently

Who This Is For

    in both English and Spanish

  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially when working with spreadsheets

  • Able to commit ~20 hours per week across 3 days
