JOB SUMMARY

As a Quality Control Supervisor here at PPI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to maintain our commitment to exceptional quality.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision: Manage and supervise quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards.
  • Inspection Processes: Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to assess quality and identify defects or areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and improvement initiatives for management review.
  • Training: Provide training and mentorship to quality control staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to resolve non-conformities.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to foster a culture of quality improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards ISO
  • Experience in leading and managing quality control teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
