**Education**: Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required
*Formal **Quality** training/certifications a plus (e.g., ISO 9001 auditor, Six Sigma, SPC).
- **5+ years** as a **Coordinator jr/Supervisor** leading people.
- Manufacturing experience required **(films/printing/converting)**:
- Assertive, decisive leadership with coaching mindset.
- Strong statistical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills; effective with Production supervisors/managers.
- High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in a 24/6 environment.
- Availability for off-shift support, weekends, and urgent customer/production needs.
*Work area: Florido Industrial Park, Tijuana B.C.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
