We are seeking an experienced
IT Solution Delivery Manager (Associate Director level)
to lead the delivery of technology capabilities, drive strategic business alignment, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is highly collaborative, cross-functional, and influential—ideal for a technical leader who excels in strategy, delivery, people leadership, and stakeholder management.

Role Overview

This position partners with business domains to define technology roadmaps, evaluate capability needs, lead delivery teams, and ensure the successful deployment of medium-to-high complexity technology programs. You will drive execution, mentor teams, optimize processes, and guide the evolution of business systems to support continued organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Technology Partnership

• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders; drive business & technology roadmaps.
• Own business systems performance and identify new technology solutions for emerging needs.
• Influence business cases, high-level requirements, and strategic decisions.

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead a portfolio of medium-to-large, cross-functional technical programs.
• Manage scoping, prioritization, trade-offs, and dependencies.
• Lead feasibility studies, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Oversee execution, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop IT delivery team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage workloads, and promote engagement.
• Communicate goals clearly and drive accountability and excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with enterprise platform teams to define solutions and implementation plans.
• Work across business units, technical teams, and vendor partners.
• Support acquisition integrations and large-scale programs.

Governance, Quality & Strategy

• Ensure compliance with SDLC, ITIL, and quality management standards.
• Maintain program metrics, drive operational efficiencies, and enable strong governance.
• Support annual planning, budget management, and roadmap definition.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR HS Diploma/GED with 4 additional years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years
  leading technology teams.
• 8+ years
  delivering large-scale, complex implementations.
• 5+ years
  direct people-management experience.
• Proven success in program management, application management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/ITIL.
• Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, co-located).
• Strong financial, vendor, and resource management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
