Alliance Virtual Offices is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist to strengthen and maintain our marketing technology stack and analytics infrastructure. This role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing tracking systems, campaign attribution, and data integrations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring that all data flows are accurate, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.
Language Requirement: Candidates must have an excellent command of English (C1, C2, or native level).
What You'll Do:
Digital Analytics & Tag Management
- Design, implement, and maintain precise traffic and campaign attribution methodologies.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot complex implementations in Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data collection across web properties.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and custom event tracking within PostHog, including configuration of new data channels and creation of advanced reports (including SQL-based reports where required).
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaigns, email templates, and automated processes.
- Manage HubSpot CMS and blog content to support partner success initiatives.
- Create and maintain HubSpot forms with proper integration into marketing and sales workflows.
Content Management Systems & Integrations
- Oversee WordPress CMS content publishing and ensure integration with tracking and analytics systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or code-related issues affecting site performance or data capture.
- Manage and configure integrations through Zapier and similar automation tools to connect applications and streamline operations.
Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance
- Own ongoing validation, testing, QA of tracking and data flows, and work with Data team to fix.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve tagging, pixel, and tracking issues across paid media and owned digital properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate that all implementations meet business and compliance standards.
Reporting & Insights
- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive reports and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, marketing technology, or implementation roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including tag design, deployment, and debugging.
- Demonstrated expertise with PostHog or equivalent event-based analytics tools, including the ability to create custom events and build complex reports; working knowledge of SQL preferred.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including workflows, campaigns, CMS, email marketing, and forms.
- Solid knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to perform technical troubleshooting and implement tracking integrations.
- Experience using Zapier or similar automation platforms to integrate and streamline marketing and data workflows.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve tracking, pixel, and attribution issues across multiple marketing and analytics platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in data-driven marketing environments or fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to web tracking and data collection.
- Ability to guide junior staff and share best practices.
