We achieve this by offering innovative services delivered by a skilled, talented, and distributed team.**What You’ll Do**:**Digital Analytics & Tag Management**- Design, implement, and maintain precise traffic and campaign attribution methodologies.- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot complex implementations in Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data collection across web properties.- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and custom event tracking within PostHog, including configuration of new data channels and creation of advanced reports (including SQL-based reports where required).**Marketing Automation & CRM**- Manage HubSpot CMS and blog content to support partner success initiatives.- Create and maintain HubSpot forms with proper integration into marketing and sales workflows.**Content Management Systems & Integrations**- Oversee WordPress CMS content publishing and ensure integration with tracking and analytics systems.- Diagnose and resolve technical or code-related issues affecting site performance or data capture.**Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance**- Own ongoing validation, testing, QA of tracking and data flows, and work with Data team to fix.- Identify, investigate, and resolve tagging, pixel, and tracking issues across paid media and owned digital properties.- Collaborate with internal teams to validate that all implementations meet business and compliance standards.**Reporting & Insights**- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive reports and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.**Who You Are**:We’re looking for someone with:- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.- 3-6 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, marketing technology, or implementation roles.- Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including tag design, deployment, and debugging.- Demonstrated expertise with PostHog or equivalent event-based analytics tools, including the ability to create custom events and build complex reports; working knowledge of SQL preferred.- Solid knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to perform technical troubleshooting and implement tracking integrations.- Experience using Zapier or similar automation platforms to integrate and streamline marketing and data workflows.- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve tracking, pixel, and attribution issues across multiple marketing and analytics platforms.- Professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience working in data-driven marketing environments or fast-paced, high-growth organizations.- Familiarity with privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to web tracking and data collection.- Ability to guide junior staff and share best practices.**Why Join Us?**- A collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment.- Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding global marketplace.- Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.- $25,000-$35,000 MXN Pesos Monthly, dependent on skills and experience- Mexican benefits by law**Application Instructions**:- Submit your CV (in English) along with a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience in analytics implementations and a recent example of a complex tracking or attribution challenge you successfully resolved.Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- marketing technology: 3 years (required)**Language**:- proficiently in English (required)Work Location: In person
