Campaña de venta de electrodomésticos y garantías.

Serás el contacto directo con clientes potenciales, con el objetivo de concretar ventas y gestionar la negociación de cancelaciones de contratos.



Responsibilities

Responsabilidades del puesto
- Manejar nuevas oportunidades de venta a través del seguimiento de leads; así como realizar llamadas en frío con nuevos clientes potenciales.
- Entender las necesidades y requerimientos de cada cliente.
- Realizar el cierre de ventas, llegando a los objetivos semanales, mensuales y trimestrales.
- Esta campaña es de soporte multi-canal: email, SMS y llamadas



Qualifications

Requisitos:
Estudios mínimos de Bachillerato (culminado)
Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en Costumer Service y como Sales Representative
Nivel de inglés avanzado
