OEM Cost per Unit Analyst

As a Cost Per Unit Analyst you will, managing contracts and processes within the Automotive and industrial sector. You'll lead the CPU system management, ensuring you record all transactions on time across multiple locations. Your will help guide continuous improvements and deliver results.

You will report to OEM Cost per Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mexico CPU contracts, focusing on Automotive and supporting Industrial customers.
• Maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly CPU reports, tracking performance through Goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve financial issues and optimize inventory and costs.
• Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring and accurate revenue and COGS recognition.
• Coordinate with site teams to maintain accurate inventory balances and manage pending transactions.
• Partner with the GBFS team to handle CPU accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Create invoices and lead intercompany settlements with and compliance.
• Build relationships with company leaders, providing valuable financial insights and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical finance or accounting roles.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, especially Oracle; experience in an OEM automotive environment.
