Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Support myBUY procurement platform users by managing incidents, resolving P2P issues, and ensuring end-to-end handling of service requests.
Your Impact
As Global Proc Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
- The role is responsible for Incident (INC) Management:
- Incident identification and recording
- Classification and initial support to the Users for the Incident
- Investigation and diagnosis of Incidents
- Escalation procedures for ensuring Incident resolution
- Incident resolution and restoring service to its normal operation
- Communicating with the User and Closing the Incident ticket
Training end users in myBUY usage
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor´s degree needed
Experience
- Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
- Experience in Incident Management
- Ideally with a Procurement background
- Good English level (written and spoken) mandatory
- ERP (SAP / ARIBA) experience
- 1+ Years of experience required
- Clear communication
- Strong customer service background
- Problem-solving capability
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable with high-volume workload
