LATAM
que se incorpore a nuestro equipo y brinde soporte operativo y analítico en los procesos regionales de Compensación y Beneficios. Su misión será garantizar una administración precisa de datos, promover la equidad interna, asegurar la competitividad en el mercado y velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, así como de los requisitos legales y fiscales aplicables.

Requisitos Indispensables
- Licenciatura concluida en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o afín
- 2 años de experiencia en Compensaciones y Beneficios
- Inglés Avanzado

- Experiencia en Compensaciones y Beneficios a nivel LATAM
- Manejo de ATS
Principales Responsabilidades
- Realización de encuestas salariales y análisis de competitividad en el mercado
- Gestión de ofertas y análisis integral de compensaciones
- Administración operativa del plan de pensiones
- Soporte en beneficios y programas de asistencia al empleado
- Gestión de beneficios y coordinación de programas especiales
- Administración de seguros: renovación e implementación
- Apoyo en procesos financieros, nómina y auditorías
- Gestión operativa en Workday y otros sistemas
- Coordinación del proceso de gestión del desempeño
- Participación en proyectos regionales y globales de Recursos Humanos
