Your role at Clorox:

Responsible for leading Close and Forecast processes for our Product Supply Organization supporting multiple businesses (Litter, Food, Kingsford, Glad, Brita and Cleaning), with a focus on Inventory, Reserves, Usage and Consolidations

In this role, you will:


•Lead select SBU relationship and Ad-Hoc Support Total Company Delivered Cost Consolidation and Reporting


•Lead forecast process for Raw & Pack and D&D working closely with Supply Planning


•Lead inventory forecast and scorecard reporting


•Support the annual standards setting process and training


•Leading and developing the team of 3 direct reports through real-time coaching, training, and challenging status quo, while developing culture of self-resourcefulness and curiosity driven learning.


•Ensure monthly accounting close for owned accounts, including usage and at standard rate variances, are performed in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures, Internal Controls Compliance, and GAAP 


• Lead to Ensure forecast, gap deliverables and insights are provided to support the business


•Consistently demonstrate active financial leadership and influence to drive superior business results through cost management 


•Actively lead transformational efforts, participate, and bring closure to continuous improvement projects (Ad hoc work, projects, gap closing, etc.)

What we look for:

  • 6+ years  of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Advanced English level
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP with
  • Strong knowledge of Clorox systems including SAP (R/3, BW, SEM) and Essbase
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills. Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and tasks and ensures timely resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in teams (both within Finance and cross-functionally) 
  • Strong planning & organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload to meet deadlines

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
