Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México TE Connectivity A tiempo completo

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
Job Overview

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will be a key member of TE Connectivity's Customer Collaboration and CPFR team, focusing on improving visibility and demand alignment across our distribution and key automotive customers.

This role will lead co-planning and CPFR cycles, manage capacity check and consignment processes, and facilitate collaboration calls that connect TE's planning, procurement, and sales teams with external partners. The position will also support Lead Time Optimization (LTO) activities by identifying improvement opportunities and sharing insights that enhance responsiveness and service performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in a customer-facing, data-driven, and collaborative environment and wants to help shape TE's next phase of supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze EDI demand, forecast trends, and variances, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory balance.
  • Coordinate the capacity check process with internal planning and procurement to anticipate constraints and ensure visibility.
  • Manage consignment inventory replenishment and reconciliation, ensuring process adherence and service consistency.
  • Facilitate collaboration calls and track performance actions and metrics.
  • Support LTO activities by collecting and analyzing lead-time data, identifying drivers, and supporting reduction initiatives.
  • Contribute to SLA framework design, performance reports, and best-practice standardization.
What your background should look like
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, customer collaboration, or demand management (automotive preferred).
  • Proven experience with CPFR or co-planning, EDI management, and customer collaboration.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
