Objetivo del puesto

Guiar, planificar y ejecutar proyectos asegurando que se cumplan los alcances, tiempos, costos y estándares de calidad. Esto incluye coordinar equipos internos y externos y mantener una comunicación clara con todas las partes involucradas.

Responsabilidades principales

  1. Planificación y estrategia
  2. Evaluar la viabilidad y el alcance del proyecto.
  3. Definir cronogramas, hitos y entregables.
  4. Organizar los recursos necesarios: personal, presupuesto, herramientas y tiempos.
  5. Gestión operativa del proyecto
  6. Supervisar el avance y verificar que los plazos se cumplan.
  7. Coordinar tareas con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  8. Llevar proyectos simultáneos bajo metodologías ágiles o tradicionales.
  9. Comunicación y coordinación
  10. Mantener informados a los stakeholders y a la dirección.
  11. Conducir reuniones de seguimiento, retrospectivas y presentaciones ejecutivas.
  12. Alinear expectativas y resolver obstáculos.
  13. Gestión de riesgos y problemas
  14. Detectar riesgos potenciales y proponer acciones de mitigación.
  15. Atender conflictos operativos y apoyar en la toma de decisiones.
  16. Cierre y evaluación
  17. Garantizar que los entregables finales queden documentados y aprobados.
  18. Elaborar reportes con resultados y oportunidades de mejora.
