We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, with a strong operational and leadership vision, who enjoys creating exceptional experiences in both Food & Beverage and Rooms. Qualifications

  • Solid and verifiable experience in Hotel Operations, preferably in Food & Beverage (previous supervisor/leadership experience required).
  • Strong results-driven approach, with the ability to optimize processes, control costs, elevate quality standards, and enhance profitability.
  • Inspiring leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Sensitivity to design, detail, and the guest experience, ensuring consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Proficiency in English, essential for communication with international guests.
  • High communication skills, active listening, and a genuine sense of hospitality.
  • Full schedule availability, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
