El Key Account Manager) - Farmacias y Perfumerías es responsable de gestionar y desarrollar las cuentas claves del canal, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las estrategias comerciales, promocionales y operativas de Haleon en el punto de venta. Su rol contribuye directamente al crecimiento del negocio, la visibilidad de las marcas y la excelencia en la relación con clientes estratégicos.

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes comerciales para las cuentas clave, alineando los objetivos del canal y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de metas de ventas.

  • Gestionar relaciones con clientes del canal farmacias y perfumerías, fortaleciendo vínculos y facilitando la implementación de iniciativas conjuntas.

  • Participar en negociaciones comerciales, aportando análisis, propuestas y evaluaciones que impulsen la rentabilidad del negocio.

  • Analizar datos de ventas, mercado y competencia, generando reportes e insights que apoyen la toma de decisiones.

  • Coordinar con equipos internos (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain) para asegurar una impecable ejecución de estrategias promocionales y visibilidad en el punto de venta.

  • Monitorear la ejecución en punto de venta, proponiendo acciones para mejorar exhibición, disponibilidad y performance de las marcas.

Requisitos del Cargo


• Profesional con título universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil, Administración, Negocios o afines.


• Experiencia previa de 2 años en áreas comerciales, gestión de cuentas, trade marketing o roles afines (idealmente en retail, consumo masivo o industria farmacéutica).


• Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo modelo híbrido en nuestras oficinas en Las Condes.
