Buscamos un(a) Asistente de Marketing Digital
proactivo(a), organizado(a) y con visión creativa, que apoye en las tareas diarias del equipo de marketing y comunicación. Será parte fundamental del desarrollo de contenido, manejo de redes, análisis de métricas y apoyo en campañas digitales.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyo en la
    creación y publicación de contenido
    para redes sociales (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Edición básica de video y fotografía
    (para reels, historias y videos corporativos).
  • Redacción de textos breves y atractivos para publicaciones.
  • Apoyo en la
    gestión de campañas digitales (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
    .
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de páginas web en plataformas como Wix Studio o WordPress.
  • Monitoreo de métricas
    y generación de reportes básicos de desempeño.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de diseño, estrategia y desarrollo para ejecutar proyectos integrales.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante o recién egresado(a) de
    Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Publicidad, Diseño o afines.
  • Conocimiento básico en
    redes sociales, SEO y herramientas digitales.
  • Manejo de herramientas como
    Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Illustrator o Photoshop.
  • Deseable conocimiento en
    Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite y/o Google Ads.
  • Excelente ortografía y redacción.
  • Gusto por aprender y mantenerse actualizado en tendencias digitales.
  • Actitud proactiva, organizada y orientada a resultados.

Modalidad y condiciones

  • Medio tiempo (20–25 horas semanales)
  • Modalidad híbrida (home office + oficina en Guadalajara, Jalisco)
  • Ambiente colaborativo, proyectos con impacto real y posibilidad de crecimiento dentro del ecosistema GRIT.
