Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Injection Blow Molding Process Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection blow molding machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operate and maintain injection blow molding machines, including setup, production, and quality control.2.Troubleshoot machine issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.3.Monitor production processes, detect defects, and implement quality control measures.4.Collaborate with production teams, quality control, and maintenance personnel.5.Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
Requirements:
1.Experience in injection blow molding or injection stretch blow Molding 2.Strong technical skills and knowledge of injection blow molding processes.3.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.4.Good communication and teamwork skills.5.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Technical Skills:
1.Familiarity with injection blow molding machinery (e.g., Novapax, ASB, Jomar).2.Knowledge of process parameters, quality control, and troubleshooting.3.Basic knowledge of automation systems and machine maintenance.
Soft Skills:
