Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office's operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant.
The Associate Sales Analyst – Order Management LATAM will be responsible for supporting the accurate
management and processing of sales orders for Mexico and Export markets, ensuring compliance, timeliness,
and efficiency throughout the order cycle. This role combines operational execution with a strategic focus on
process optimization, reporting, and risk analysis. The position will work closely with the Sales Administration
and Inventory Management teams, as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do
• Process and manage sales orders for Mexico and Export, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely
execution.
• Coordinate with the Inventory Management team to allocate stock efficiently and maximize product
availability.
• Monitor and flag at-risk orders, escalating as needed to ensure visibility and timely resolution.
• Prepare and deliver Gross Sales reports for Mexico and Export, supporting consolidation and follow-up across
LATAM.
• Maintain regular communication with regional teams, including coordination with China (from 6:00 pm
onwards for export-related matters).
• Collaborate on strategic projects, supporting the development of enhanced reporting, analysis, and process
efficiency tools.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree Logistics
- Bachelor's Degree International Business
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration
- 1 - 2 years Experience in order administration, logistics, supply chain, or related functions, with experience in
- multinational, consumer goods, or retail companies is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication with global teams).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
