Responsabilidades:

Encabezar la promoción de la cultura EHS siendo responsable de mantener el ambiente de trabajo más seguro.

  • Dirigir y administrar el plan de operaciones dentro de las políticas y procedimientos organizacionales.
  • Dirigir acciones y esfuerzos entre los diferentes gestores para garantizar la producción con estándares de calidad y productividad.
  • Promover el desarrollo de los talentos y los procesos de administración del desempeño
  • Dirigir las acciones para mantener las métricas de la planta, así como, Calidad, RRHH, EHS, Producción y Productividad de acuerdo a los objetivos definidos.
  • Dirigir la implementación de programas e iniciativas corporativas
  • Apoyar áreas funcionales en la administración e implementación de sistemas de gestión de Calidad y EHS, así como ISO, OSHAS, NEEC / CTPAT
  • Responsable de la planta de P & L
  • Supervisar, aprobar y gestionar el presupuesto anual de la operación de la planta
  • Asegurar el proceso de mejora continua en toda la planta, a través de proyectos SMART
  • Asegurar que los proyectos de inversión estén alineados con la estrategia empresarial
  • Puede ser responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales para el proceso de fabricación y la protección del producto terminado

Requisitios:

Education – Ingeniería Químico, Industrial, Mecánico o afín, Maestría deseable.

Experience - Al menos 5-7 años como líder de producción, experiencia deseable en procesos acrílicos, cerámicos, metalmecánicos o cementeros.

Knowledge – Lean Manufacturing/ P&L/TPM/ Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad/ Green o Black Belt certificación deseable.

Skills and abilities – Responsable, Analitico, Pensamiento estratégico.
