Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • Experience in Project Management, Planning, Business Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate Project activities with business + development team
  • Delivered large scale complex projects with diverse teams
  • Budget & Finance management for projects
  • Good in communication, presentations and worked with stakeholders for business requirements facilitation
  • Fluent Communication in English

Responsabilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive planning, scheduling, and execution for multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure successful delivery of large-scale and complex IT initiatives with diverse, global teams.
  • Promote best practices in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid depending on organizational needs).
  • Lead project reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
