Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar y establecer los métodos, procedimientos y parámetros operativos en cada uno de los procesos que intervienen en la fabricación de muebles cerámicos.
  • Evaluar el desempeño de los procesos de producción actuales y utilizar sus conocimientos y herramientas técnicas con el fin de identificar e implementar proyectos de mejora de desempeño y reducción de costos.
  • Implementar control de procesos con el objetivo de optimizar las operaciones y mejorar su rendimiento  reduciendo  los desperdicios y retrabajos.
  • Utilizar técnicas apropiadas para evaluar las capacidades de proceso, definir las mejoras necesarias, establecer los planes de trabajo requeridos a fin de controlar y predecir los resultados, procurando en cada caso la aplicación adecuada de metodologías de análisis de datos.
  • Ejecutar los proyectos a través de las etapas de definición, medición, análisis, mejora y control cuando así sea requerido por la complejidad del caso pero también implementar proyectos de mejora inmediata tratándose de soluciones probadas o implementación de Mejores Prácticas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo e introducción de nuevos productos y procesos así como validar los resultados obtenidos, ayudando cuando sea requerido en la definición, desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de inversión.
  • Apoyar en la implementación del sistema de medio ambiente
  • Apoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
  • Aceptar y participar activamente en el proceso del sistema de medio ambiente
Requisitios

Educación: Ingeniería Química, Mecánica o Industrial

Experiencia:

  1. 5-10 años de experiencia en manufactura, ingeniería de procesos
  2. b) Deseable experiencia en la industria o procesos cerámicos

Formación:

  1. Lean Manufacturing
  2. Control Estadístico de Procesos
  3. Manejo de Herramientas Six Sigma (deseable certificación)
  4. Project (deseable)
  5. MiniTab
  6. Core Tools
  7. Excel Avanzado
  8. PPAPS

Habilidades:

  1. a) Colaborador
  2. b) Genera confianza
  3. c) Comprometido
  4. d) Ordenado y organizado
