YOUR TASKS

Plan, monitor, initiate, and perform (and document) tests geared toward the needs of customers, development, production, and suppliers

  • Clarify the testing requirements with Development/Production or if necessary with the customer/supplier in the form of defined project descriptions
  • Formulate design-based and development-based solution proposals to reduce error deviations. Evaluate the test data and interpret the results
  • Deploy employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure Instruct and support employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill their tasks. Guide, instruct, and support employees in function-related tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industrial, Mechanical, Electronical, or related
  • Professional English level
  • Team management, ISO 17025, budget management
  • 10 years of experience in Quality Lab
