Position Objective:

Manage the human, technical, and financial resources of the plant's process operations, establishing action guidelines in accordance with the objectives set by plant management, achieving product quality and profitability, complying with safety initiatives, and developing the best possible workplace.

Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Ensure processes meet KR'S specifications.
  • Maintain a high level of quality in manufactured products.
  • Reduce and maintain low safety incident rates.
  • Control the use of the budget allocated to this area.
  • Coordinate product launches and reformulations.
  • Implement actions derived from the master safety plan.
  • Coordinate product launches.
  • Develop personnel in productive activities.
  • Keep plant management informed of results and variables related to achieving objectives.
  • Establish action plans and programs according to areas of opportunity in the department.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system standards.
  • Apply factory performance and reliability standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Chemical, mechanical, or related engineering degree.
  • 5 years of experience in home care manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience with and proficiency in systems (SAP, InBatch - Aveva Batch Management, Historian, Google Suite).
  • Advanced level of English
