Operations Agent

Ubicación: Ciudad de México

Objetivo General del Cargo

Coordinar y asegurar el flujo eficiente de embarques internacionales, brindando un servicio al cliente excepcional y gestionando cada operación con precisión, agilidad y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.

 

Educación y/o Experiencia

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales, Aduanas, Administración de Empresas o Industrial.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia (mínimo) en atención al cliente u operaciones en empresas del giro de reexpedición de carga (comprobado).
  • Dominio de Incoterms
  • Conocimiento de equipo y modalidades de transportación aérea , terrestre y marítima
  • Conocimiento de procedimientos y documentación de aduanas marítimas, aéreas y fronterizas.
  • Inglés avanzado o nivel C1 apto para tener conversaciones fluidas de negocios
  • Manejo de PC, Excel, Word, Correo electrónico, Office, CRM (preferentemente).

Excelente actitud de servicio, proactivo, resolutivo, buena comunicación, organizado, responsable, metódico, capacidad de análisis, buen negociador, trato amable, manejo de conflictos, trabajo en equipo.

 

Actividades/Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar con líneas navieras, aerolíneas y líneas terrestres, las reservas de transporte internacional con base en los requerimientos de los clientes.
  • Seguimiento con los transportistas para la recolección y/o entrega de las mercancías.
  • Coordinación de servicios en origen/destino mediante las oficinas o agentes de la red.
  • Atención de llamadas telefónicas, correos y visitas a clientes.
  • Recibir y revisar documentos para el desarrollo de las operaciones.
  • Coordinar despacho aduanero
  • Facturacion de las operaciones ejecutadas, así como ingreso y revisión de facturas de proveedores.
  • Actualización del sistema respecto a los eventos y detalles de los embarques en coordinación, cumpliendo con los KPI's internos.
  • Desarrollar actividades de reporteo referentes a las operaciones de los clientes
  • Atender quejas y reclamaciones.
