Develop and implement strategies, complementary to Global and Regional strategies, processes and measures in alignment with global standard work to foster operational excellence, continuous improvement and an engaging work. Ensure and maintain strong connections with the customer service organization to enable continued profitable business growth. Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial and other performance data to facilitate sound decision-making in line with regional and site strategies. Build strong leadership, functional, and operational teams that are well integrated with regional and corporate resources to achieve aligned site, regional, and global manufacturing goals. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required a Master's degree is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Ten (10) years of related experience is required; Ten (10) or more years of related experience is preferred. A highly skilled manager with well-rounded experience or lean knowledge in manufacturing environment is preferred. Enthusiasm toward coordination of teams in the contract manufacturing services industry with a focus on support and direction of manufacturing and customer teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence others. Strong business and financial acumen as it applies to the manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop a diverse team of professionals. Demonstrated advanced decision making and problem solving skills. General office equipment and materials.
