Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for leading requirements discovery, defining clear business and functional documentation, and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple teams, managing ambiguity, and driving clarity in complex initiatives. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide decision-making through well-structured insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and functional requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
  • Analyze current business processes and define future-state workflows aligned with business goals.
  • Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
  • Support solution validation by reviewing designs, participating in testing cycles, and ensuring requirements are met.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across initiatives and proactively communicate impacts.
  • Facilitate scope management and change control, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers to support planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Provide ongoing stakeholder communication, including status updates, clarification sessions, and decision support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in similar analytical roles.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of process modeling, gap analysis, and solution alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in parallel initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills for meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
