Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 SAP Basis support and issue resolution.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment.
- Perform system performance tuning, system upgrades, and support ABAP/JAVA stacks.
- Plan and execute Support Package upgrades and system refreshes.
- Apply SAP Notes and KBAs as corrective actions.
- Handle backup/restore procedures and language/application installations.
- At least 5+ years with SAP Basis.
- Experience with multiple SAP components as many as possible from the list:
Desired vast experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA , SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, Content Server, experience in HANA Database Administration - Proficient with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM.
- Experience in Linux environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and system optimization capabilities.
- Location: Remote (Mexico)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
